AML/CTF compliance deadline: 1 July 2026  ·  88 days away  ·  Enrolment open now

How the program works

From call to compliant in 5 business days. Plain English. Done for you. WA-specific.

Settlement agent on the phone managing compliance obligations

Why This Matters Now

From 1 July 2026, every licensed settlement agent in Western Australia must have a compliant AML/CTF program in place. AUSTRAC's Tranche 2 reforms bring settlement agents under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 for the first time.

The obligations are real. But the legislation was not written for sole operators managing trust accounts and PEXA settlements between school drop-off and a 2pm deadline.

That is where we come in.

We build your AML/CTF compliance program so you do not have to. Every program is written specifically for licensed settlement agents in Western Australia — not adapted from a national template, a bank framework, or a real estate platform.

You own everything we build. Permanently.

What Makes This Different

WA-Specific from Page One

Every document references the Settlement Agents Act 1981, Landgate, PEXA, and the Settlement Agents Regulations 1982. Not a real estate template adapted for WA. Written for WA settlement practice from the first word.

You Own Everything

Your program, your Client Compliance Framework, your 8 policy templates, your training records — permanently. If you cancel, you keep everything we built. No subscription required to keep your own compliance documents.

Done for You in 5 Business Days

Not a DIY platform. Not a template to figure out between settlements. We build your program. You use it. The deadline is 1 July 2026 — we work to yours.

Pick It Up, Put It Down

Every module has checklists. Every checklist saves your progress. When three settlements land on Tuesday morning, your compliance framework holds your place. Come back to it on Thursday. Nothing lost.

Named Specialist, Not a Platform

Stacey Dragicevich — 20+ years in financial services compliance, Responsible Manager experience, MFAA membership, currently completing a law degree. Every Full Program is built personally. When at capacity, we waitlist rather than lower the standard.

Training Included

Your program comes with the knowledge to use it. 45-minute training module, 9 plain-English guides, and a 60-minute onboarding call where every module is walked through. You will know what to do — not just have a document that says you should.
