Settliance™ is operated by Stacey Dragicevich, Compliance Specialist, trading as Settliance™, Western Australia. Settliance™ provides AML/CTF compliance services, resources, and tools designed exclusively for licensed settlement agents in Western Australia.

Settliance™ is a compliance specialist service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. You should consult a qualified legal practitioner for legal opinions specific to your circumstances.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase. GST treatment is disclosed on invoicing.

Engagement of any Settliance™ product or service is subject to a separate service agreement. These Terms of Use govern website access only and do not constitute a service agreement or create any contractual obligation on the part of Settliance™ to provide services.

## 7. Privacy and Personal Information

Settliance™ collects personal information through this website, including information submitted via contact forms, booking tools, and email enquiries. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Personal information collected through this website is used to: respond to your enquiries; book and manage Free 15-minute Compliance Calls; provide information about Settliance™ products and services; and deliver The Settliance Brief newsletter, where you have opted in.

Settliance™ does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed to third-party service providers (such as booking platforms or email delivery tools) who assist in operating this website, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
